The ancient theater of Amvrakia was built in the 4th century BC and is the smallest theater ever discovered in Greece. It is located in the city center of Arta as part of the ancient city of Amvrakia is located just below the new city buildings. The theater was not built on a natural height, but on mosaic bathroom floors of the mid-4th century BC and on the foundations of classical and archaic town houses.
To visit the ancient theater of Amvrakia, have a short walk to the city center of Arta and more specifically on Agios Konstantinos Str.
