It is a single huge beach with a southern edge called Vrachos while the northern one is called Loutsa. The difference is that in Loutsa, especially at the far right, the waters are very shallow so they are ideal for families with young children, while in Vrahos the waters are a bit deeper and their music bars attract more youth people. The beach is blue with fine sand and also features hotels, restaurants and water sports. The road passes right by the beach and because there are not many parking spaces, you will find it difficult to find a place to park on weekends. Access is by the Preveza – Igoumenitsa national road, at the junction to the village of Lygia.
